Grim reality of Kylie’s strict diet

By | February 18, 2019

Kylie Jenner has revealed exactly what it takes to keep her infamous figure in shape — revealing the reality of her strict diet is pretty “boring”.

The young mum took to her Instagram story yesterday to share her morning breakfast routine with her more than 126 million followers — sharing the struggles she has to make a healthy breakfast interesting.

“My breakfasts are so boring right now because I eat the same thing every day,” she said alongside a photo of scrambled eggs, bacon and smashed avocado.

Another thing Kylie is strict on and can’t do without is a homemade celery drink.

“I try and drink about 16 oz. (473ml) in the morning and wait 30 minutes before eating,” she said in another picture of a large, freshly-juiced celery drink.

She went on to describe its benefits, saying “celery contains high amounts of vitamin C and K, as well as folate and potassium, and studies show that celery plays a role in fighting and preventing cancer and liver disease, (reducing) inflammation and (boosting) cardiovascular health, calms nerves, relieves migraines, and promotes weight loss.”

She was quick to make it clear the celery drink was for “health benefits” and not “weight loss”.

Be sure to consult a doctor before beginning a celery juice routine.

When it comes to her morning coffee, Kylie waits 30 minutes before she supplements it with a coconut milk-based Vital Proteins Collagen Creamer.

The vanilla-flavoured, dairy-free dietary supplement comes in a powder form and is believed to improve skin, hair, and nail strength, as well as being helpful for your joints.

Post-baby, the 21-year-old made a strong move towards a clean, organic diet — which she stuck to long before her pregnancy.

In a post on sister Khloé’s app mid-last year, she confessed that while the youngest Jenner hasn’t always been the healthiest of eaters, she is mindful about what’s on her plate.

“Kylie eats like a typical teenager but she’s also super aware of what she puts in her body when it comes to fresh and organic foods. It’s all about that moderation, boo!”

According to Life & Style, Kylie’s post-baby diet consists mainly of organic fish and chicken, and has cut out all carbs and fried foods — swapping them for raw vegetables.

No doubt her youth-driven metabolism plays a role in keeping her in shape, but according to Life & Style, Kylie has upped her workouts which consists of “a lot of weights, cardio, running, squats and push-ups”.
