    I take 0.5-1mg for times of unmanageable anxiety or panic attacks. This happens a few times a year. Very effective medication with no side effects for me. I've been taking it since I was 26, I'm now 30.

    After having a nervous breakdown over ten years ago, I was treated with everything BUT benzo's. My doctor was worried I would have addiction problems with them.
