• ServiceNow accreditation program to raise standards for customer implementation delivery by the world’s most experienced architects

TeamUltra – a Computacenter Company – today announced that Simon Westwood has been selected by ServiceNow for a new worldwide training program. Limited to a select number of the most highly skilled ServiceNow architects globally, Simon will work towards becoming a ServiceNow Certified Master Architect. Simon is just one of a team of experienced architects and illustrates TeamUltra’s strength in depth and commitment to ServiceNow as a long-term strategic partner.

As a founding member of the elite technical training program, TeamUltra will be at the forefront of Now Platform technical delivery expertise. This will ensure that customer projects across the full spectrum of Now Platform functionality will benefit from the highest levels of design and execution, leading to rapid business impact, realisation of technical and business goals and a strong return on investment in the Now Platform.

Paul Richards, Director of Sales at TeamUltra added, “The ServiceNow Certified Master Architect is the highest achievement in the ServiceNow training and certification catalogue. This certification recognises individuals that have mastered the entire ServiceNow suite of offerings. Simon is rightly recognised as an elite architect that has the business acumen and skills to successfully design, lead and deliver complex projects. He is comfortable demonstrating product and technical leadership on Now Platform engagements at C-level.”

The ServiceNow Certified Master Architect program is aimed at individuals that have a deep understanding of the Now Platform and the ability to design and communicate solutions that span the entire Now platform. This program has been designed to further develop and enhance the skills of gifted architects to the next level in order to provide advanced level advice and guidance to enterprise level customers with complex requirements. Taking place over 6 months the program will require candidates to share experience and expertise based on their own unique ServiceNow work.

Mike Beale, TeamUltra’s Managing Director concluded, “The Now platform has grown to such an extent that a complete enterprise implementation requires a vast breadth and depth of skills. TeamUltra has continually invested in ensuring we have full Now Platform capabilities to support large scale, complex customer digital transformation requirements. In Simon Westwood, we have one of the world’s leading ServiceNow architects and his inclusion in the ServiceNow Certified Master Architect program is reflection of the value that he brings to customer success.”
