First thing in the am, what is your go-to wellness food/drink you consume?

I keep it pretty simple. Filtered water with a squeeze of fresh lemon.

What is the weirdest thing in the name of wellness that you have consumed?

Still getting my head around drinking mushrooms in my coffee! They are packed with so many powerful healing properties so having them mixed into my coffee is perfect because the taste is disguised.

If you could pick 3 foods to eat for the rest of your life, what would they be?

Dark chocolate, sweet potato mash, salted macadamias!

What food habits do most people not know about you?

I often eat breakfast for dinner and always fast between 12-14 hours overnight.

What is your spirit vegetable?

Lychees in summer time. Soft and sweet, but messy!

Name your No. 1 must-have in your kitchen?

My Vitamix blender. It gets used twice a day some days and it’s strong enough to blend anything I put in!

Fave healthy beverage?

Watermelon kombucha.

Go-to guilty pleasure?

Dark chocolate macadamias or coconut milk based ice cream!

Bedtime snack?

I don’t snack at night – I try and finish my last meal at 6pm.

If we looked in your fridge now, what’s the first thing that we will see?

Leftovers, fruit and chocolate!

Thanks, Rachael!
