Make homemade alternatives to eat more nutrient dense & sugar reduced lollies

By | November 8, 2020

You’ll already know that manufacturers process food so that we keep buying. This means they put excess refined sugar in most foods. Although recent law for a 20% sugar reduction in food produced by 2020, has meant that manufacturers have had to start to reduce the amount, you’re still getting that horrible refined unnatural stuff.

~?~

Refined sugar is mostly empty calories, as the process of refining it makes it so unnatural and unstable that the human body doesn’t know what to do with it. If you want to know more about the refining process, in Wikipedia look up how they refine sugar, it’s disgusting and you’ll be grossed out ??

So it stores it in the liver and in the form of body fat. This is a high form of toxicity in the body which, over time, will lead you to health issues and maybe even the formulation of cancer cells.

So why not try an easy homemade recipe now, starting with these strawberry yoghurt lollies. They’re easy to make and anyone can enjoy them.

RECIPE

  • 200g Strawberries
  • 350g Greek Yoghurt
  • 1 Tbsp Honey

All blended or crushed together, before spooning into ice lollie moulds.
