In a new Instagram video, Dr. Pimple Popper—aka dermatologist and TLC host Dr. Sandra Lee, MD—removes a cyst filled with skin gunk that looks oddly like chunky cottage cheese. Not only that, but this pop is truly never-ending. Buckle your seatbelts, folks.

In the clip, Dr. Lee makes an incision into the growth and pushes down on the edges of the cyst with her fingers. With that tiny bit of pressure, white, chunky contents comes seeping out immediately.

Some fans commented that the contents looks like cottage cheese. One fan wrote on the post, “It just keeps coming and coming.” That’s right. One squeeze isn’t enough for this bad boy. Dr. Lee has to go back in to take another crack at it, squeezing out even more gunk a second time.

“They’re always bigger than what they seem,” Dr. Lee says.

After the cyst is drained, Dr. Lee goes back in to remove the cyst’s sac wall. Doing so virtually guarantees that the cyst is gone for good. And this particular sac wall is gigantic, making it a favorite part of the procedure for many fans.

The cyst featured in this video is likely an epidermoid cyst, which contains a collection of wet dead skin cells and keratin. Epidermoid cysts often occur on the face, neck, and body.
