    I have been on Ativan 0.5mg up to 3 times a day for 8 days now. It has reduced my major anxiety to a minimum and I feel I will be on this medicine for good. I'm okay with that as I had to learn the hard way that I need medication to battle my illness. I've been on several antidepressants and this medicine has helped me as much as any that I took in the past.
